Shahi Navratan Korma

The rich and creamy texture of Shahi Navratan Korma with nuts, will surely make you forget the world.

Ingredients: 


-1/2 cup french beans
-1/2 cup potatoes
-1/2 cup carrot
-1/2 cup paneer
-1/2 cup cauliflower
-2 medium size onions (preferably white)
-12 cashew-nuts
-2 bay leaves
-3 cloves
-3 cardamom
-1 inch cinnemon
-1 tbsp shahi jeera
-2 tbsp giner garlic paste
-2 green chillies fine chopped
-1/2tbsp coriander powder and cumin podwer
- Saffron 
-1/2 tbs of white pepper
-2 tbsp anar dana (optional)
-Nuts of your choice
-1 cup cream
-2 tbsp coriander leave(chopped)



Preparation:


  1.  Par boil beans, carrot, potaot and cauliflower.
  2.  Boil Cahew-nut and chopped onion in seperately. Drain the water and make the paste out of it using the blenger
  3.  Heat oil in pan, add bay leave,clove leaves,cardemon, cinnemon, shahi jeera and ginger garlic paste. Now add the onion paste and cook it on a slow flame.
  4. Add green chillies, coriand powder and cumin podwer. Cook this mixture till it oozes oil. Add 3 cups of water at this stage.
  5. Once the gravy starts cooking, add the boiilled vegetable, nuts, salt,cream and white pepper powder
