Ingredients:
For the marinade:
-250gms bonless chicken(diced)
-juice of half of a lemon
-1/2 tsp jeera powder(cumin powder)
-1/2 tsp dhaniya powder(corinder powder)
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-A pinch of red colour
-salt ot taste
-1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
-1/2 tsp garam masala powder
For the tadka:
-3 tsp curd
-juice of half of a lemon
-1/2 tsp jeera powder(cumin powder)
-1/2 tsp dhaniya powder(corinder powder)
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-A pinch of red colour
-salt ot taste
-3 red chillies slit
-curry leaves
-oil to deep fry chicken.
Procedure:
1)Marinade the boneless chicken with juice of half
lemon,1/2 tsp jeera powder(cumin powder),1/2 tsp dhaniya powder(corinder
powder),1 tsp red chilli powder, a pinch of red colour ,salt to
taste,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
2) Fry the marinated chicken until it is cooked.(4 minutes max.)
3) After the chicken is fried next step is to mix it in the tadka.
4)Take
a little oil in a pan, add the slit chillies and curry leaves followed
by 3 tsp of curd add all the above mentioned masalas and mix until the
curd reduces a little.
5)Lastly add the fried chicken to this marinade and stir it around for a minute.
Ready to be served.
