Ingredients:
-1 cup atta (wheat Flour)
-1 cup sugar
-3 tbs ghee
-3 cups water
-dry fruits to garnish.
Procedure:
1)First make sugar syrup by boiling 3 cups of water and 1cup of sugar.Boil it until it forms a thick syrup (3 strings). Keep
it aside.
2)Take a wok and add 3 tbsp of ghee. Now add the flour and stir till you get a nice aroma of flour on a slow flame for some time.See that it does not burn.
3) Lastly add the sugar syrup.Stir it around for a while until it comes to a very thick consistency.
4)Put down the flame. Add dry fruits and garnish.
