One of my favorite paratha is the Ajwain Praratha, as it's easy to prepare and goes with any curry, pickle or curd.
Ingredients:
-2 cups Wheat flour
-1/2 tbsp salt
-1/2 tbsp ajwain (carom seeds)
-water to make the dough
-Ghee or oil to fry the parathas
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl and add flour, salt, ajwain, little oil and make a soft dough for the paratha or bread.
2.Keep the dough aside to rest for 20 mins, so that it can become more soft. This will make the parathas softer.
3.After 20 mins knead the dough by applying oil on the hands, this will make the ajwain release its flavor.
4.Now divide the dough in golf ball size and roll it into a praratha.
5.Mean while heat the pan and put the paratha on it.
6.Add ghee or oil on both the sides by flipping the paratha.
